BARCLAYS SPACES FOR SPORTS

Overview

Barclays Bank initiative to regenerate 200 sites around the UK into new sporting facilities.

We were given a list of skate and BMX sites that had been regenerated and asked to produce a short documentary about two of them. With a 4 week research, film and edit we tell the story of the Dartford skate park and Norwich BMX track where we talk to the people who made it happen and see the impact it has had on the community.

We were also asked to film and produce an edit around the opening of an all weather football pitch in Islington, interviewing some of the sporting celebrities and Barclays  personnel responsible for the project
